
I have just made fried rice a few times, but I think I nailed it pretty well the first time. For us its a super easy dish to make while camping and you can make it from barely anything and its CHEAP!

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
2 eggs or silken tofu (works really well with tofu!!)
2 carrots
Springonion
1 onion
3 garlics
Soysauce
Vegetable oil
How to:
1. Use either one-day old rice (its said to be better) or cook it fresh. Mix with soysauce when done.
2. Fry carrots, springonion, onion and garlic in vegetable oil and mix with a bit of soysauce.
3. Move the fried vegetables to one half of the pan and make your eggs/tofu on the other side.
4. Mix rice and vegetables and serve
